Approach
How we hire
CXA Global is an early-stage practice. We build slowly and deliberately — better one skilled practitioner who fits the working method than three average hires that don’t. We are technically led, and the people we work with carry their own client relationships and earn the trust of the owners they serve.
We don’t have open job postings right now. What we do have is an open door to anyone whose work would resonate with how we’d like the firm to grow. If that sounds like you, please introduce yourself — we read every message.
Profiles
The kind of practitioners we’d like to hear from
Senior commissioning engineers
Practitioners with strong hands-on T&C experience across HVAC, electrical, BMS, and life-safety — ideally with FCSA, BSRIA, or equivalent credentials and the ability to lead client interfaces.
Project management consultants
Owner-side PM practitioners with engineering literacy who can hold a contractor or consultant to the technical standard the documents specify — not just the schedule and cost.
Sub-consultants and specialist partners
Independent practitioners or small firms whose specialisation complements ours — particularly in MEP design review, specialist commissioning (data centres, healthcare, laboratories), and ICA work for LEED / Estidama submissions.
